Samantha Mobley is a senior partner in the Competition, Trade & Foreign Investment Practice of Baker McKenzie’s London office and is a member of the Firm’s India Steering Committee. She is a former chair of Baker McKenzie’s Global Antitrust and Competition Group, a team of over 300 competition and antitrust specialists worldwide. Samantha is a member of Baker McKenzie’s India Steering Committee.

Samantha is ranked in Competition Law by Chambers & Partners and recommended as a Global Elite Thought Leader by Who’s Who Legal. She’s also Co-Chair of the Antitrust Section of the International Bar Association and a member of the Competition Committee of the City of London Law Society.

Samantha was elected to the Management Committee of Baker McKenzie’s London office and served in this role between 2018- 2022. She also established the first Diversity Committee of the Firm’s London office. She care in particular about ethnic inclusion and serves on our London Baker Ethnicity Steering Group.

She has been recognised as a Top Twenty EMPower Advocate, EMPower Ethnic Minority Role Models 2020 and featured in the India Business Law Journal International A List.
